FW Gate does not provide investment, financial, or trading advice. GateCertificates and EPC-1 evaluations are computational outputs only. Users are solely responsible for any actions taken based on system outputs.
FW Gate does not hold, manage, control, or access user funds, private keys, wallets, or digital assets at any time. The protocol operates as a read-only analytical layer.
All verdicts, feasibility scores, and probability estimates are probabilistic assessments derived from on-chain data. They do not guarantee execution outcomes. A "viable" verdict does not guarantee transaction success. A "non_executable" verdict does not guarantee transaction failure.
FW Gate, Flying Whale, and zaghmout.btc shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, damages, or execution outcomes resulting from use of or reliance on this service. Maximum liability is limited to fees paid for the specific evaluation in question.
All evaluations are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
You may not use FW Gate to: (a) circumvent any smart contract security mechanisms; (b) facilitate market manipulation; (c) violate applicable law; (d) reverse engineer the protocol for competitive intelligence without a commercial license.
API access is subject to rate limits and payment terms. Automated systems must include a valid X-Fw-Caller identifier. Commercial integration requires a valid license key.
This service is operated by Flying Whale. Disputes shall be resolved under the laws of the Republic of Estonia, a digital-forward jurisdiction with established e-residency infrastructure and crypto-friendly regulatory frameworks.
These terms may be updated. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be announced via Nostr (zaghmout.btc) and on-chain via the Flying Whale IP registry.
